For the past six months we have been moving through healing each of the chakras this year and have finally landed on the most basic but very important one, the First Chakra.  We will be exploring various information, history and energies about this chakra, which is the one which contains all your survival-of-the-body information in it and also which helps to keep you alive long enough to allow you to fulfill your purpose as a soul, here.  If you are a person who has had a difficult time with grounding yourself consistently, or easily feeling panic or you aren’t handling intense earthly situations very well, this class might be the perfect one for you as you will be healing and deprogramming foreign “Fight or Flight” and other energy out of this chakra and also giving it a nice tuning up.  I’d love to have you join me for this class!
