Cost: We have worked very hard to create a really good discount program for a variety of budgets. So please look at these carefully to see which one(s) would suit you. This is exactly the same as last year.

To call for sleeping room (we have a "room block" for ten, possibly more rooms at $99 a night - plus taxes, of course - Pleases call asap to get this great price. There may be more available, but I suggest you book right away to get this great price.)  (650) 340-8400. It is my understanding there are no discounted prices for Sunday to Monday but Friday Night & Saturday Night you should be able to get these discounted prices. Also, if they tell you the "room block is sold out" let me know and I'll get on it.  Be sure to mention "Michael Tamura Seminars" and if there is any question, please have them refer to our catering person, Brenda Porto. Also, there are other hotels in the area, lots of them, if you want to go on the hotel sites to check them out.

Parking: For those of you driving in and not staying at the hotel, we can most likely get free parking for you - I will try to get the ticket validator machine thing like we did last time. When you call to register, if you are driving to stay overnight there, please ask about parking prices and if people who are there for an event get a break on the prices of parking. They will likely tell you to call Spot Hero as their parking prices can be high. It might be cheaper to get the pricing at the adjacent parking lot (620 Airport Blvd. with a shuttle to the hotel if you don't want to walk. It's .2 of a mile away) through Spot Hero for the weekend. Also, the hotel has a parking garage that costs money as well but if you are staying at the hotel, you could use your spot hero spot from 620 Airport Blvd. in the hotel parking garage if there are spaces available. By the way, when you go onto the Spot Hero site, the front page says "Monthly" and "Hourly" -- ignore these. If you put in the address of the adjacent lot, 620 Airport Blvd., Burlingame, CA) it will give you a daily rate - $10.50 a day - though that price might change as we get closer to the event. I use the Spot Hero website then park my car in the parking garage attached to the hotel. It's not as complicated as it sounds, and I have found this website (Spot Hero) has saved me a LOT of money on overpriced parking. 

A Note: Outside of this hotel is almost always very windy since this hotel literally sits right next to the bay - it might even be chilly, too. Please be sure to dress according to your sensitivity to wind and cold when you are there. Also, there is a restaurant in this hotel, and I believe breakfast is available, too. However, with the parking, there might not be "in and out" privileges for going out to lunch at a different restaurant.

OPTION B:

Add $210 + $3,750 =                                     $ 3,960

To Summarize Option A and B:

*We will also allow an extra $40 discount off the total purchase price for two (2) purchasing the entire package together - but they must be married or domestic couples who purchase this option together. Sorry this discount is not for roommates.

Option C:
If you purchase the entire Package (without the Pre-and-Post-Retreat TeleSeminars) after the Feb. 12 Deadline Discount: TOTAL: $4,025 (a $275 total Discount).The Couples Discount still applies, see above.
 
Option D:
If you purchase the entire Package of OPTION C (the whole Package after the Feb. 12, 2018 Deadline) along with the two sets of Pre-and-Post Retreat TeleSeminars : 
$70 x 4 TeleSeminars = $ 280 - $50 = $ 230.
$230 TeleSeminars + $4,025 Full Package = $4,255 The couples discount still applies, see above.

OPTION F:
No Discounts, you pay for it piecemeal as you go along. This is perfectly okay to do this as well. Also, you may take as many or as few of these classes, retreats or TeleSeminars as you like as long as you qualify for SHAPE. If done this way, there will also be no discount for the pre-and-post SHAPE Retreat TeleSeminars. Only those who finish the entire series will get a Certificate of Recognition and Completion which will be handed out at the Bay Area SHAPE Christmas weekend.
