Cost: $300 for both days, $175 for one day. You may attend either or both days, but of course, for best benefit, both days are recommended. If you are a member of SHAPE and you wish to attend this event, IF you pay ahead of time, you will receive a $25 discount. No discounts will be given at the door.

A Few More Notes: Because of booking with this venue so late, I could not negotiate room rates. I suggest you go online to see if you can find rooms at this hotel for a lesser price. The rooms as they are are around $155 - $180 a night. There are other hotels in the area and I am sure some airbnbs, so these are the alternatives to paying this higher rate. This will not be our permanent hotel from now on (I am actually working with a more reasonably priced oceanside hotel for our next visits to the L.A. area but we are very grateful we were able to find this venue for this event!) This hotel we will be in has a smaller, more intimate conference room, but is a very nice hotel overall.
